I recently took up the art of crochet and have been attempting different creations over the past few months for loved ones and friends. Not to float my own boat but I have been given so much praise and requests for my items that I have seriously considered opening my own little shop part time.
This raffle is to see if there really is as much interest in my creations as I believe there to be and if it's worth my time and effort in creating a small business, probably via Etsy!
How this Raffle works:
1. Raffle runs from 12PM GMT (7AM EST) SATURDAY 11 APRIL 2015 to 12PM GMT (7AM EST) SUNDAY 12 APRIL 2015.
2. There are 3 separate prize lots up for grabs.
3. One donation of $5 gets your name entered in 1 of the draws of your choosing.YOU MUST SPECIFY WHICH DRAW YOU WANT TO ENTER! To do this, simply ADD a special instruction to recipient message BEFORE donating. Please include an email address that I can contact you with if you win one of the prizes! Example:
- ADD a special instruction to recipient message
- "Hi, My name is John Smith. Please enter me in Prize Lot 1: Totoro. My email is johnsmith123@gmail.com"
4. One donation of $10, gets your name entered in all 3 draws automatically. Please still include ADD a special instruction to recipient message with email contact!!!
5. Entries are added up over the course of 24 hours. With each donation, please specify amount donated to date, including current donation. Example:
- You donate $5 at 10pm and $10 at 2am: total of $15 so far
- Second Donation: ADD special instruction for recipient message
- Specify that you have donated $5 previously, $15 total, and qualify for your name to be entered in all 3 draws. Example:
- "Hi, my name is John and I have donated $5 previously, $15 total. Please make sure my name is entered into Prize Lot 1 (for previous $5 donation), and all 3 for my total $10 donation. You can contact me at johnsmith123@gmail.com if I win"
- You now have your name entered in all 3 draws AND an extra entry in one draw of your choosing.
PRIZE LOTS!
Prize Lot 1: My Neighbour Totoro (10 inches tall and very soft!)
This adorable little guy is made from baby yarn-super soft and cuddly! Felt eyes and nose make it safe for little ones and everyone. Stands by itself and is looking for a new best friend :)
Prize Lot 2: Despicable Me Personalized Minion (roughly 13 inches tall)
You'll notice that he's missing the signature "G" for his overlord Gru...that is intentional! The lucky winner of this little guy will have their first initial sewn on his front pocket. It will be YOUR minion! Get ready to take over the world! His goggles and overalls are removable and his legs make for an interesting stance :) Truly one of a kind!
Prize Lot 3: Set of 4 Miniature Pokemon (roughly 4 inches tall each)
This adorable bunch, nicknamed "the boy band", is ready for a new home. Each one fits in the palm of your hand and has felt details-no buttons here! Pikachu, Squirtle, Bulbasaur and Charmander are ready to go on your next adventure :)

DISCLAIMER: If not enough interest/entries are shown for the raffle, donations will be refunded and items will be auctioned, most likely via eBay, unless those entries want to offer an amount for purchase.
Please note that all creations are HAND MADE. Minimum donation includes shipping costs as I am currently in the UK and will ship anywhere!
